What is the membership fee?
To keep the app's base pricing down, we add a small transaction fee to each membership payment. This varies depending on the plan.
How do we pay?
We ask for full payment of the base app fees up-front. Membership fees are taken on a monthly basis and deducted before we transer the fees to your nominated bank account each month.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, all fees are subject to VAT, which you can claim back if your club is VAR registered.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes, once you've had a quick demo of the product, we can set you up on a free trial with full access to the platform.
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel your Jugld contract at any time during the season. Up-front platform fees are non-refundable, but you won't be charged any further fees.
